Customer Service Representative

As a valued member of our Customer Service Representative team (L1), your main focus is providing exceptional support to our clients through LiveChat and ticketing systems.

As a valued member of our Customer Service Representative team (L1), your main focus is providing exceptional support to our clients through LiveChat and ticketing systems. We prioritize quality over quantity, which is why we don’t impose strict targets for the number of chats or tickets you handle each month. Our philosophy revolves around ensuring you can dedicate your full attention to each customer, so we limit the workload to a maximum of 1-3 chats at a time. We believe in maintaining a healthy balance between client satisfaction and the well-being of our team. That’s why we regularly hire new team members to maintain a manageable workload, ensuring both our clients and our team members are delighted with the services we provide.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Must have experience working in the web hosting industry for at least 18 months
  • Intimate knowledge of cPanel/WHM and/or Plesk Obsidian
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong desire to grow technical skills
  • Experience troubleshooting Linux servers and applications (CentOS, CloudLinux)
  • Experience with WordPress and other open-source CMS’s is preferred
  • Familiarity with standard web hosting services (PHP, MySQL, FTP, DNS, sFTP, SSH, mod_sec)
  • Patience and perseverance to provide exceptional technical support to non-technical users via LiveChat and tickets.
