Illevante Cloud runs its physical infrastructure in datacenter facilities located in many locations. These datacenters possess all the necessary features checked and approved by our company to ensure that all equipment installed and managed in those locations is secured and adequately maintained. Our infrastructure is located in anti-seismic characteristics datacenters with redundant power systems, air conditioning, monitoring, surveillance and access control.

Security And Monitoring

All datacenters meet physical and equipment security standards. All physical accesses are only allowed for persons with prior authorization. Accesses are registered individually with the identification of each person at the entrance and exit. As a physical security enhancement, there is a closed TV circuit (CCTV) recording 24×7 operations to control access/presence in the datacenter.

Uninterruptible Power

The power is provided via independent power supply lines and is also supported by independent generators for full system redundancy. In case of power failure, the UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) maintain the power of both circuits.

Environmental Control

We have strict rules for environmental control in all datacenters, to ensure optimal conditions for the servers and other electronic equipment we house there. All datacenters are provided with large-scale air conditioning to maintain a cool and stable environment. This involves the use of precision cooling systems, which can deliver cool air to specific areas of the datacenter, as well as monitoring and adjusting the temperature and humidity levels as needed. And all datacenters are provided with HEPA filters to remove dust, dirt, and other contaminants that can harm the equipment or reduce its efficiency. To ensure continuous operation in the event of a power outage or other issues, datacenters have backup power and cooling systems in place, such as generators and redundant air conditioning units.
