Introduction
In plain languageA policy ICANN adopted in 2013 that requires domain registrars to disclose expiry notices, their fees and the recovery steps.
On August 31, 2013, ICANN adopted the Expired Registration Recovery Policy (ERRP), which requires domain registrars to disclose important information to domain holders and prospective customers about expiry notices, fees and recovery procedures. This document includes all the elements required to comply with the new policy, and to help you properly update your website and current terms and conditions to keep up with the requirements of the (ERRP).
1. Fees and procedures
In plain languageWe remind you by email 31 days and 8 days before expiry and 3 days after it; from the tenth day your domain may be auctioned, and redeeming it costs $200.
1. Illevante Cloud LLC handles this requirement automatically by sending an email notice to the email address of the account registrant 31 days before the expiry date, 8 days before the expiry date, and 3 days after the expiry date.
2. Renewal fees and post-expiry fees are the same as registration fees. Please check our price list at: https://illevante.com/domain-pricing.
3. Unless specifically stated otherwise in this policy or in our terms of service, a redemption fee of US$200 applies to each generic top-level domain (gTLD) offered by Illevante Cloud LLC.
4. For at least the last eight consecutive days (after expiry), we will stop the current Domain Name System (DNS) resolution, as a reminder that the domain name has expired and that the registrant (RAE) must renew it. During this period of eight consecutive days, you can renew it at no additional cost.
5. On the tenth day after expiry, we may add the expired domain name to an auction run by an accredited auction provider in this field. Once the domain name is successfully sold at auction to a third party, we will transfer the domain name registration to it, and that third party will control the domain name service. We are not obliged to contact you to alert you that the domain name registration services are being or have been offered at auction, nor are we obliged to pay any of the proceeds we may earn as a result of this auction.
6. From the eleventh day after the expiry date, you acknowledge and agree that we may offer this process, which is called the “renewal grace period”, but we are not obliged to do so. You acknowledge that you bear all risks and consequences if you wait until close to or after the end of the original term of the domain name registration services to try to renew them. You also acknowledge that we may, for any reason and at our absolute discretion, choose not to offer a renewal grace period, and that we will bear no liability as a result.
7. If the gTLD Registry offers a 30-day “redemption grace period” (RGP) immediately following the deletion of the registration, Illevante Cloud LLC allows the registrant (RAE) and its affiliated members to redeem it. In this case, the redemption fee will be charged in addition to a renewal fee for one year.
4. Sample fee schedule
In plain languageSample fees for .com, .net and .info domains: renewal before and after expiry, and redemption.

|---|---|---|---|
| .com | $17 | $25 | $200 |
