What should I include in my report?
Six pieces of information that make your report actionable
We need specific information to analyze and handle your request, and the form also asks for your name and your decision on sharing your data; reports without enough information are not handled.

Your report in four steps
Provide the required details so our team can verify your complaint; we confirm receipt of your report and review it within 24 to 48 hours. The meter fills up as your report is completed.
Please keep these points in mind
What happens to your report after you send it
We take every report seriously, and we protect those who report to us. These are the limits of what we promise.
01
We confirm receipt of your report and review it within 24 to 48 hours, and we only write to you after that if we need more information.
02
We don’t guarantee a specific outcome; any action follows what is proven about the abuse.
03
Complaints are assessed according to their seriousness, and we take appropriate action where needed.
04
You won’t receive updates on the assessment or the final outcome of the complaint.
05
We reserve the right to use your complaint to prove the abuse to our client when necessary.
06
We track complaints to improve our fight against abuse and reduce threats.
07
After you report through the form, you won’t receive another acknowledgment for further reports from your email within 24 hours.
08
If your report concerns child sexual abuse material (CSAM), do not attach or copy the material itself: give only the link and its location, and report it to the relevant authorities too.
A clean network, for us and for you
Every report helps us keep our infrastructure clean and reliable for all users. See what counts as abuse in the Acceptable Use Policy.
